Reviews for Unravel Coffee Breckenridge
Review highlights
Based on 249 reviewsUnravel Coffee Breckenridge is widely appreciated for its cozy, rustic ambiance that seamlessly blends mountain charm with modern café aesthetics. Patrons frequently highlight the friendly, attentive staff and unique, house-made syrups and flavor combinations that distinguish its coffee offerings. The quality of drinks, particularly lattes and mochas, receives consistent praise for balanced and rich flavors. The coffee shop’s location inside Gravity Haus Hotel adds to its appeal but occasionally causes some patrons difficulty finding it. While parking can be challenging and cup sizes are smaller than expected, these minor drawbacks do not detract from the overall positive experience. The inviting atmosphere combined with quality beverages makes Unravel a favored spot for both locals and visitors.
I had trouble finding Unravel Coffee, not realizing it’s located inside Gravity Haus Hotel, but I found it eventually. I love the feel of the place, with people walking with their bikes or just walking. Love the ambiance, my mocha, the people.
Nestled in the heart of Breckenridge, Unravel Coffee offers a warm and welcoming retreat for coffee lovers and adventurers alike. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a cozy, rustic atmosphere with an inviting vibe that feels like a perfect blend of mountain charm and modern cafe culture. The exposed wood beams, plush seating, and minimalist design create an environment that’s ideal for both lounging and getting a little work done. My barista Malina was so polite wonderful. But let’s talk about the coffee. Unravel takes pride in its meticulously sourced beans, and it shows in every cup. Whether you’re sipping on a classic espresso, a smooth cortado, or a more adventurous concoction like their signature maple latte, each drink is crafted with care and precision. The espresso is rich and bold without being overwhelming, and they pull each shot to perfection. The maple latte stands out for its subtle sweetness and warm, comforting flavors—perfect after a cold day on the slopes. Aside from the coffee, their pastries and light bites are worth mentioning too. The almond croissant is buttery and flaky, with just the right amount of sweetness to balance the coffee. For something heartier, the avocado toast with a poached egg is a crowd-pleaser, fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to offer recommendations or chat about the beans they’re brewing. There’s a genuine sense of community here—whether you’re a local or just passing through, Unravel makes you feel at home. If you find yourself in Breckenridge and craving a well-crafted cup of coffee in a relaxed, mountain-town atmosphere, Unravel Coffee is an absolute must-visit.
This coffee shop in Gravity House is great. Our barista, Malina, recommended the maple cinnamon latte and it did not disappoint! Malina was super friendly and engaging. A wonderful way to start the day!
This is the best coffee we have had in Colorado (and we tried a ton)! All of the syrups are homemade. They have some fun flavor combos. The parking is a little difficult. And they only have 12 ounce coffees. We were very surprised to get several hot lattes that were not full...we are not used to that. But the flavor is on point and the staff were super friendly. Recommend the mint mocha, turtle mocha and honey latte!
LOVED their latte served in the cutest jars as well as the house made almond croissant!! 10/10 recommend! I had the latte with honey and cinnamon and it was creamy with just the right amount of sweetness- not overpowering the amazing taste of the espresso. Loved the environment as well!
Exceptional coffee and food. Easily the best coffee you can get in breck. They have top of the line equipment and excellent customer service. A must go!
Great place to relax and enjoy a hot drink! Chia seed pudding was delicious! Good flavor coffee. Short walk from our resort. Friendly service.
This is a must if you’re into coffee shops. Very modern style and decor. Tons of seating. We ordered an oatmilk latte, the nitro cold brew, and a glass of oatmilk. Each came in a nice jar with their branding on it. The latte was sweet and smooth, and the nitro cold brew was rich yet light. Wi-Fi connection was great and found myself seated in there for a couple hours doing work. Seats were comfy and the seating was spaced out so I never felt cramped up or too close to people. Overall, great experience!
